LG Banter Touch: How do I set the calibration without the screen?

I am with US Cellular and have had my lg banter touch for a while now. Unfortunately it is a little screwy, it does things while it's in my pocket which normally doesn't bother me too much but now it has set its own calibration to something really messed up. Every time I touch the screen it either doesn't react or it makes multiple strokes from one tap of the screen. How can I get to the settings without touching the screen so I can re-calibrate it?
