LG BL20 Chocolate phone can't access phone memory?

I have an LG BL20 Chocolate phone. It has a micro SD card as well as phone memory. When I connect to computer I only get card memory to come up but photos I want are on phone memory. Says I should get two options, phone and card but only card will show up on my computer. Please help
