Lg chocolate phone got in a puddle of water..?

i set my lg chocolate phone down, its the old one, the last one they made (not the flip one) and i picked it up and realized it was in a puddle of waterr.... i turned it on and there were like stripes on the screen and the touch screen buttons werent working and everything was all messed up.. then later the next day i blow dryed the battery for a few minutes and i put it in, and it somewhat works, but i cant text or anything cuz the numbers like spaz out and it just presses random buttons! should i try blowdrying it moree..? or is there something els you can do? i want something i can do fast, because i reallyy need my phone today) :

please help( :
 
Mine got washed in the washer and it took a while for it to dry out...like two weeks. Just give it time because I know you could not have left it there for 45 minutes(the time the washer takes)
