LG Dare touch screen stopped working?

wut do i do? my LG Dare by Verizon, the touch screen doesn't work. does anyone know how to fix it?
 
i would take it back to who ever you bought it from..or send to LG let them fix it
 
Unresponsive Verison Dare touch screen

Same problem....If i twist it I can get a key or two to work. Mine broke 7 days after the warranty and is not covered.
