LG Optimus G or Samsung Galaxy S3?

I do understand that it is an unfair comparison but please suggest which one is the better of the two. The thing with S3 is that even though its an exceptional device in its own right, Optimus G toasts it on every front. The only question mark is on the reliability of Optimus G?

Balanced opinions are appreciated.
