I got this phone back in November and loved it then I noticed a couple problems. One problem is, when I have a memory card in I can see the photos that were already on the memory card but I can't save anything new on it. So all my stuff has to be saved onto my phone and I don't have much memory. The other problem is, and I have only had this problem when downloading an album, when I go to an artist website and try to download their album it will download completely then when I click it, it says unable to open file. Can someone please help me it's getting me really frustrated.
