I have an LG phone and i'm with Telus. I'm able to send messages but not receive them. Sometimes i'll receive messages a few hours after someone sent them. is there any way to fix this problem?

It seems that TELUS is doing some sort of national upgrade to the texting system and incoming texts are being somewhat delayed until it is completed. A lot of clients are experiencing this annoying problem. You could call 611 and connect to Data and Network Assistance to see if they can help you.
