I got my LG Rumor from Sprint a little over a year ago. In the past few months my phone has started randomly turning off for no reason, it also turns off if I gently drop it a few inches.....anyway, I heard that people who got a Rumor from Sprint can trade it for a Rant for free. Is this true?! If not, would it be possible for me to just get a newer Rumor, and what is Sprint's policy for things like this? Thanks!
