LG Rumor touch picture sending problem (Need help from people with LG Rumors)?

I have pictures that I want to send on my email. But then there comes this pop up that says it's busy processing, and I've gave it some time. Couple of days later, I tried to send it again. But it came up again. It's been a couple of months that this has been happening. Anyone know what the problem is?
