Lg Shine 3Gp Video conversion Help!!?

Ok i have and anime show that i got from my brother and i converted to a 3Gp File what the best i can get out of it for the sound and quality on the lg shine!!!! on the convterter there the audio codec AAC Bitrate sampling freq. channels mono and or stereo and then the video codec MPEG-4 AVC or Xvid 1.1.3 and then the birtate for the video and FPS so ya i just need help thanks!!!
