So I only got my Shine a few days ago, and it's been all good and dandy since maybe an hour ago. Usually, as most phones do, if you get a text message, you get a box on the screen that thats '1 New Message!'
For some reason, my phone stopped doing that, I set the alert tone to it's usual tone, but it's not doing what I set, no box comes up, the only alert is the small, unopened envelope in the corner with a small alert I never set.
I've reset the phones settings completely, but nothing has changed, so.. help? Thanks in advance!
