LG shine Plus, HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!?

I have the LG shine plus, and I've been using the unlock pattern code for my phone so that nobody can creep my texts, but today I was just playing with the lock pattern thing because i was bored, and I put in random combinations.... and then i got a notification saying "too many pattern attempts"
and then it said
To unlock, sign in with your google account
Username
Password
I don't know what my google account name/password is!
i made my account and forgot to write down what i made my username,
* I already tried taking out the battery
PLEASE HELP PLEASE

the ONLY thing u can do is contact the company u have it with and they will transfer u to the department tht u need to talk to for these kinds of situations...and this time make sure u write it down
