I just activated the Lg Versa online through Telusmobility.com but i am having trouble programing my phone. The instructions were to "dial *22803 then press send/talk on the handset" which i completed, and then to "Press 1 to program your phone" but then the screen turns black and i cannot access the keypad anymore. Only the end call button works. When i end the call, everything returns back to normal.
How do I change the settings so that the screen keypad can still be used while calling?
