lg voyager wap menu locked?

i have an lg voyager from verizon which i am using on pageplus right now i have the unlimited calls,tex,sms,web but i can get on the web or get pic messsages so i have to edit the wap setthings as the people on pageplus told me, but i find my wap setthings locked??? watch this video please
