I usually look at them for a few minutes and then look away. I don't make any "faces" or make give off a disturbed look but sometimes gay couples give me a nasty look since i'm staring at them.
i havent seen a gay couple having a PDA but if i saw two girls i would probably stare out of sheer fascination having never seen it before and if i saw two guys i'd be staring cos i would be jealous that they have someone to have a PDA with and also cos guys kissing is hot
Depends... are they hot? Around here, I'd probably look kind of surprised - it's rather rare to see a gay couple that you're capable of telling they're gay, let alone see them having PDA. But that's rural TX for you.
A few minutes is a *very* long time btw... I'd probably give you a nasty look if you stared that long at me, whether I'm straight or LGBT.
Thanks Ashley I thought she was asking about Palm Pilots?
As far as personal displays of affection I think all couples gay or straight should be able to freely display moderate affection, such as a quick kiss, or holding hands. Anything more than that is inappropriate for any couple.
PDA is such a dated term. people use smartphones now.
oh, *that*! i think it's f-ing awesome. keep in mind PDA means "public displays of affection". it can mean anything from holding hands to being "cute" with each other to simple kissing to GET A ROOM.
The same way I react when I see a straight couple displaying PDA: give them dirty, disapproving looks. If I have to share public area with people, I don't want to see them getting all hanky-panky when I am just trying to ride the bus somewhere.
