I never had this experience but i thought a lot how it would be and i think this is how it feels.
Maybe to people who actually had this experience it felt defferent but i dont think so, any way this is what i came up with.
Everything that you do in everyday: shop, stay, drink, think, walk, eat etc, and also every small or big event that happens in your life like: birthday, win lottery, move to another country, loose your leg or hand due to a disease, whatever as big and as life changing would happen to you - you are still alive - and we will call this "bubble A" . But if you have a car accident or whatever happens to you that makes you know that there is a big possibility that you will be dead in a few seconds, like if you fall of a building and the seconds before you touch the ground), it makes you realise that you will probably or for sure not be alive in a few moments, so this is the first time in your life that you exit bubble A, because bubble A is everything that "living" is, meaning everything you did in your life, your whole life, so considering you realise you wont be living anymore in a few moments,like you did your whole life, you are exiting bubble A, you are now for the first time outside it, because you know you will not be "living" in a few seconds, so the deal is that while being in bubble A you are not able to be outside it even if you want to because you are still living and you also will be, but this stops because you know you will be dead soon, so you exit it, and its the first time in your life that you see bubble A from the outside as ONE single thing, you are watching your whole life in one single image because you are outside of it, like when you go into space and see the earth as one single object, whereas when on earth that is not posible wherever you are and whatever you are doing.
