I can lift heavier weight on creatine but i can usually do like 7 reps but i dont feel like doing lighter weight (it seems light now that i can lift more with creatine in the gym), so i dont want to do like 15 reps with lighter weight. so should i just keep using the same heavy weight if i can only do 6 or 7 reps and not 8!!!!!!! 4 sets ofcourse!!
