I never thot I would be interested in going into the medical field but surprisingly I just jumped into it becase phleotomists make good money. However, I did like to smoke alot of pot. I had to get drug tested to enter the school I was going to join so I stayed clean for a month and took my urine test and passed!! That was exciting. Then right after I did smoke and only did so a couple of times thru out my course in school but I was not drug tested again. I had an externship(yes exsternship, not internship) at kaiser premenente hospital and was there for 3 wks total. I had to stay as professional as possible and felt good to also not smoke weed. Soooo the thing is I am now waiting for my phlebotomy certificate to come in the mail so I could apply for jobs but the sucky thing is am I not gonna be able to smoke weed?? Do u think there r phlebotomists out there who do smoke weed? I would never go to work high and probably just smoke on the weekends is good... Or did I just obviously not pick the right career choice for myself? Haha. I'll always have this to keep as a back up job just in case so that's a good thing
