Limewire or Frostwire?

i know there are at least 1000000 of these questions on here, but i just wanna ask for myself. i've been using frostwire for a few years now, and so far i havent gotten any viruses (no spyware adware or crap like that for a looooooong time) but i have been putting off upgrading it for a while. so today i decided to upgrade it to version 4.20.7 (i think thats the latest version??) i downloaded it, and when i went to use it a little window popped up saying: 'windows is searching for file'. it didnt download anything. so i took it off my computer and tried to re-dowmload it, but when i did McAfee popped up and said that downloading it could put harmful files on my computer, so i didnt download it.i've done a bit of research and i've found out that limewire is gonna die soon. i have never used limewire, so i dont know the 1st thing about it. i also saw that limewire has a bunch of spywares and trojans and all that jazz.
if you could let me know about your experiances with either one and recommend which one is better that would really help (i will die if my music stops working or if i cant get music anymore!!)
