Lincoln LS air intake, exhaust, performance chip?

I have a 2006 Lincoln LS and im having trouble searching for an air intake, whats the best one to get for my car? also wondering about performance chips and if there is any out there that work? if anyone knows or can help i appreciate it, thanx
