Linksys Wifi and iPhone Trouble?

Whenever I try to get into my locked wifi through my iPhone it doesn't ask for a password like it should. It only says that I am unable to join. But, if I get lucky enough, after a few tries it'll let me guess the password. I know what it is. It's written right in front of me and during the installation it saved it as a word document as well. It still says it is wrong. The only time it does work is if I reset the router and reinstall the Linksys disc.
