On the first level, it has a parlor, a living room, library, formal dining room, a kitchen as well as a bathroom. The kitchen has a servant’s staircase going up to the second level where the servant’s quarters are located. The second level has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a beautiful staircase going to the first floor. It also has a staircase leading up to the huge attic. It is located near the servant’s quarters.Activity at Sedamsville: Claims of a man dressed in a dark clergy robe walking from one room to the next.FootstepsVoicesClaims of shadowy movement under the door to the pantry, as if somebody is walking around.Doors opening and closing, as well as the sounds of doors opening and closing.Claims of people being scratched by an unseen presence.Piano keys playing on their own downstairs in the parlor. Supposedly, 3 priests passed away in the rectory and their bodies *laid out in the parlor for the clergy to view before taken to the church for public viewing.Hearing children playing and talking in the attic.A suitcase and rocking chair upstairs moving on its own.Many dark, shadowy figures, some claiming a demonic entity.An unseen presences leaving an indention in the shape of a body on the beds.A feeling of uneasiness and dread felt by visitors and volunteers.
