Trying to help a friend over the phone and I can't quite remember for sure where it's located. I want to say that the front passenger tire needs to come off and the splash shield removed but before I say that I was hoping someone could verify.

That's what I thought, without being able to look at it I couldn't verify. I remember changing them before but it's been a few years since I've touched anything but a Humvee or LMTV. Thanks
