I have a simple question, whats the difference between a locked phone and an unlocked phone, iphone in this case. i know that if its unlocked you can use it at other providers where to if it was locked you can only use it to where it is locked, is that the only difference ? will i have to pay per month to pay off the locked i phone if i get it on contract im confused on that portion.
in simpler terms : I can buy an unlocked iphone and use it everywhere and pay however much a month for a plan. If i get a locked on for 0$ i will also get a plan but will i also have to pay off the iphone per mont as well ?
