...(n3) by train....is it better? I coming from southend and need to get to regents park in london (n3) by train....is it better to arrive in liverpool st, or fenchurch to then get tube.....and which tube line would i then need? What route is best to take??

Regents Park is in London NW1. Regents Park London N3 is Regents Park Road in Finchley, London N3. If its the road in N3 Liverpool Street is marginally easier. Take the Circle or Metropolitan Line to Moorgate and then the Northern Line northbound to Finchley Central. Starting your journey from Southend after 09-30am weekdays or anytime weekends you can buy a One Day Travelcard, the price of which which includes one return train journey to London plus the freedom of the London Underground/bus network for the day

This link page will give you the different options

Liverpool street is best.

Regents Park is a very big area and it depends in which part you need to get to. Probably Regents Park station or Baker St station even which is only a few hunderd yards from one part of Regents Park.
