So I'm looking for a movie I have seen some years ago.
It is from the 90s or maybe 80s, it is set in the future.
There are 2 "countries" at war, there is snow everywhere outside (I don't know if it is on earth).
One funny thing was, that they had really big guns, that seemed to weigh nothing at all, they were clearly made out of plastic.
And the most important thing: each "country" had a few women at their base, that had psychic abilities, or were magicians or something. They helped or controlled the war from their bases.
I remember one scene, where one of the women made a magic hand appear, which broke a soldier's leg.
