Looking for cookie recipes savory or sweet where the dough needs to be rolled

and refrigerated before cooking? I just made Parmesan and rosemary savory cookies and after mixing all ingredients I rolled and plastic wrapped them and but them in the fridge for an hour, they were so much easier to work with.
Now I want to find other recipes with the same method
