Find out from the pharmacist which company produces the meds that you need and call that company. Many have programs which will assist people in getting necessary medications who can't afford to buy them. You also need to go to your local department of human services and apply for help there. They have programs which will help with your medical costs so that you can follow-up with a cardiologist. You need to get this done immediately because without the proper meds and treatment, you could easily have another heart attack which could possibly be fatal. Many communities also have "free clinics" for people who have no insurance and they too can help with your medications and follow-up care. You need to find someone ASAP.
