...Bowman or Topps? I know there is Bowman, Bowman Chrome, Bowman Sterling, Bowman Platinum, Bowman draft picks and prospects and etc, also Topps, Topps Chrome and etc. I'm more confused about the specific cards I should get actually. I know getting rare cards is unlikely, but which brand of cards would give you at least a chance of getting a card that may be of good value one day?

I heard that mostly rookie cards are valuable? Is that true?
ps: but at the same time I dont want to just collect rookie cards either...cause I do have other players I like. Another question: Are there certain packs of Topps or Bowman packs that include rookie and current mlb player cards?
 
Try Upper Deck they have the most inserted signed and game used jersey cards
