loose gum, and bleeding?

k i have been reading and doing research...and i think im getting gingivitis ..because my gums are loose but my teeth aren't( if that makes sense), and also when i brush sometimes they bleed and it takes about 15 secs before it stops and alot of rinsing...is it really gingivitis?? and how to stop it??

you should goto your dentist and see a hygenist if there is one avalible at your dental practice. the hygenist will show you how your can clean interdentaly. try flossing and brushing twice daily but if it is gingivitis you should really go see your dentist as soon as you can.
