HELP! I have lost my recipe for making Fruit Mince Tarts from scratch. The fruit mince is boiled and has dried fruit plus grated apple and canned pineapple in it. The pastry doesn't have custard powder in it, It was in a magazine (Australian Womens Weekly I think) many years ago but I can't find it in their archive & I've promised the family I'll make them for this Christmas.
