Take some time out. Try and get out and away, experience something new. I think that although there may be other factors causing this, you would benefit from inspiration.
You can find inspiration anywhere from the great to the small. However if you feel that you'd like to stick to the game design and "computer stuff" to get your spark back, you can search for it there. Perhaps look into the modification communities. The Elder Scrolls games are fairly famous for theres. Oblivion was teeming with designers coming up with all manner of weird and wonderful additions to the game. The latest release, Skyrim should hopefully be getting a constructors set released in the near future as well (if it hasn't already). Try and play around with what's already there and maybe start building something new.
You may also find an interest in photo imaging but that's a much more vague territory, but has the benefit of working alongside photography ^.^
