Lost the Render Filter from Photoshop CS4 extended?

I usually have more filters than I have right now, including render. It is not there and when I try to show all menu items the list stays the same but the option to show more, disappears.
I have just installed a 3rd party plug in for 3D images, but I uninstalled it straight away as it was useless. Other than that everything else is the same.
 
i have the same problem my render filter has gone i don't know how to get it back.
