Lovebird surrogate safety?

Ive got two Lovebird pairs, one pair feeds and takes care of their hatch lings, the other pair does not seem to be feeding theirs. Is it safe for the hatch lings to be moved from their parents to the feeding pair

We just removed the only baby from the feeding pair to be hand fed.
 
if the age of the chick from the pair that aint feeding is roughly the same age as the chicks with the other pair then it should be fine for you to transfur it over. just remember hand feeding take alot of effort and time
