lower control arm 2002 honda civic?

Hello all. I noticed that the bushings in my car's lower control arms (front and both of them) are very worn out. I was wondering if I can just replace the bushings and not the whole arms. I know some bushings require the bushings to be pressed so I'm wondering if my particular model is like this(again 2002 Honda Civic). I also hear sometimes that buying new control arm would just cost less then buying the bushings and having them pressed in. What do you think?
Oh and also would i need an alignment afterward?
