M in a great problem, help needed from anyone who knows about cellphones?

I locked some important documents and photos with a file locking software on my android phone n accidently deleted the software.I tried reinstalling the software n unlocking it, but its of no use.Can anyone tell me what to do, i really need to unlock it.The file extension has changed to filename.jpg.lck !
Also, does anyone know any good software to flash n reinstall software on low memory java phone.. Thanx to those who help.

that happened to me, and i had to go to my wireless carrier and have them fix it. they can do it no problem. takes about an hour and your out with your phone fixed no problem. :)
