Call of duty is all personal preference. Why not try playing for a bit with each, unlock a few attachments and then decide.

I've yet to see a single game that accurately models weapons, even the simulation-types don't.

They all take very simplistic notions of what the damage done to parts of the body are like to overall injury/death and none of them take into account (more than superficially) burdens to a good shot - like wind speed / air temperature / thermals / Coriolis effect / barrel temperature / manufacturing abnormalities ... yadda yadda yadda.

That's all before we even consider the ability of the human body to even keep a weapon steady in the first place.
