On a bunch of my keys, there are these dark gray/black spots that look like part of the outer coating on the keys has worn down or eroded. Has this happened to anyone else? I also have what looks like scratches on a few others. I'm an art student and got my fair share of charcoal and other messy substances on my computer last year, unfortunately (and stupidly), and then proceeded to clean the keys with clorox cleaning wipes. Do you think the chemicals in the wipes damaged the keys? Or is there some way to try to clean them? In retrospective, I obviously should have used a damp cloth like Apple says, and/or I should have kept the computer away from the messy materials in the first place.
