Maia or Silva at UFC 112?

UFC 112 is coming soon. Does anyone think that Maia has what it takes to take A. Silva down and submitting?
 
No middleweight has what it takes to beat Silva...Especially Maia...He's a good fighter and all, but com'on now it's Anderson Silva...
 
Anderson is going to own Maia. Maia at some point has to stand in front of Silva to attempt to take him down, and when he does he's going to get knocked out.
