Mail@metro not working on Samsung Freeform R350?

I have a Samsung Freeform R350 (CK03), mail@metro application isn't working on my device. I tried gmail ...etc but not working.. also enabled imap or pop3 settings on my gmail account, no matter what i do it always says

"This product version is not available for purchase on this device"

any settings or any fix... need help..

Is it in your rate plan? It may not be apart of your rate plan.
 
my sister has the same plan and the same phone as me but she can use it and i cant
