I have a fancy scale that tells me my muscle mass and all kinds of other cool information such as body fat percentage etc. Currently by body fat is at 31.9% and I weigh 269lbs. I am more focused on getting rid of fat than weight and I am looking for a goal of 10-13% body fat by the end of it. I know its simple math but fat eats brain cells and its been a long time since I have done math. So if I am 10 - 13 % body fat (basing on the fact that my muscle mass doesn't change) instead of 31.9 what would be weight be? (if you could show working I would be interested to know how its done properly. I can't stay stupid forever...)
