Make a copy of a game on my IPad?

I've got a card game on my IPad and would like to make a copy and put it on my desktop. I've got XP on my desktop. Can this be done and if so, how do I accomplish it. Thanks

You can't do that. There's no way to transfer applications form your iPad to your computer and vice versa. Even if it were possible, the app files aren't compatible with Windows or Mac OS.
