Make A DVD Movie With VOB Files?

I downloaded a movie off the internet. It has .vob, .ifo, and .bup files. I want to put the files on the DVD+R disc and make it into a movie so I can watch it on the DVD player... but when I put the files on the disc, I don't get the movie. It's like the DVD+R is a USB drive and all I did was put files on the disc. I want to use the menu and and make it into a DVD instead of it just being a file disc.

That's as best as I can describe it... can someone help me out?
 
You already have all the files you need, so you just need to burn it correctly. I'm guessing your not making the noobish mistake of putting all the files on the disc without sticking them into a folder called 'VIDEO_TS', so try using ImgBurn - this should set the format of the disc correctly.
