i am trying dreamweaver
i have an iso file if you use deamon tools which should do it but for some reason it just many i am going about it wrong but when i hit burn image to dvd it just brakes down the iso into files which is not what i want so if you can help i will be very grateful :)

cant understand what you say about it breaks down the iso into files........mount the iso with daemon tools, right click on its icon on the taskbar near the clock and click on ''mount image'' and open the iso, if you dont see a welcome screen or autorun appear then double click on it in my computer.

OK, so what part of "disk image" do you not understand? Look it up in the documentation and look up the big words in a dictionary. When you burn an image to a CD or DVD, you restore the contents, which are FILES and DIRECTORIES, that existed on the original source disk. From what you are saying, the program is doing exactly what it SHOULD be doing when you burn the image to disk... By the way, daemon tools lets you treat the ISO file as it were a "virtual" CD or DVD disk drive so instead of burning the image to a physical disk, you can use the ISO directly as if it were a physical device.

RTFM...

You do not need to burn the ISO to a dvd to install the program. You can just mount the iso using a mounting tool, and exploring the contents, and running setup.exe or something like that. To burn, I personally use MagicISO, burning at the slowest possible speed, and make sure that the CD is bootable.
