been a church (christianity specifically) kid since forever and the more i go the more i'm rejecting church..
can anyone argue some of these points?...
I think...
1. Believers are all bias towards their own religion when they don't notice that all the religions, myths, legends around the world are as surreal as their own. It's all a story that tries to drag the human soul in. You've got the know-it-all superior, a visualized idea that can do things no other man can do (hence all the worship).
2. Religions are pretty much like physiological comfort (does that make sense?). Like.. you've got a problem? dump it on god.. worship him for the reward.. live life with someone (in your mind) who's got your back.
3. There were apparently other women in Cain and Abel's time that wasn't recorded in the bible back then because women weren't as important. I mean many portions of the old testament are bias towards men. Did god not tell the people who originally wrote the bible that all people, no matter their sex, should be treated equally?
4. if god knew.. everything then he'd be pretty much creating us to "unintentially" send half of the world population to h*ll for not "believing."
and heck no i am not asking my pastor.. not close at all >.<
