Making ringers available to my new Samsung Z400?

I have transfered my ringers from my laptop to the phone using a usb cable. I put a ringer in every directory available, but still I can't get the phone to figure out the location of the files. The ringers are definitely there, and playable as music files.

I used a website in the past to text the ringers to my, and families phones, but can't find a site that does this now.
