Right now I'm having serious problems even getting the lessons booked due to either some technical hitches or some pretty poor service at their end... Am going to have to try getting through to a live operator first thing tomorrow and get us onto the slots that have now technically gone... If I'm not successful at this, I'm going to suggest going to Tamworth instead in the hope that I'll at least be able to get through to someone there in less than 17 attempts!

Problem solved for the most part. I've managed to book the 5 adult lessons for 11:30 on the 18th of November! Unfortunately I was unable to get a child lesson on the same day, and couldn't arrange any other day where we would all be able to ski/board and take lessons at the same time.

Mixitup, I'm sorry, and need you to pass that on to your kid too... I hope this doesn't mean you can't now make it, but if it does, fully understandable!

He was the reason we was going, he hasn't been on snow, only a dry slopes a couple of years ago, he needed a lesson and practice for the school ski trip in February, doubt if we'll be coming now. Can anyone else give Akasha a lift from North Wales?
