Martial arts instructors: what is your goal in teaching?

What is your goal or what is your goal? I know it is often a combo but what is your MAIN Reason??
Teach people how to defend themselves/ pass on knowledge
Make blackbelts
Make instructors to teach after you are old/ carry on "legacy"
Make money
Other- specify
