lack of demand? Michael Koncz says that taxes are too high and Manny's popularity is maximized in the U.S., but my trusty G59 b.s. translator is telling me Arum doesn't feel demand is high enough to compensate for his risk.
1. Neither his marginal or effective tax rate would be 39.6% as the article quotes Koncz.
2. If taxes were truly a priority, why would he fight his last 8 in the U.S. after the ODLH victory turned him into a superstar?
3. If Manny's global sales are as high as Top Rank (and many in this forum) have boasted, what does it matter? The only portion the U.S. can tax are the direct payment for U.S. generated revenue.
