Mastercard does not work with PS3 American Store ?

I have an American account on my American PS3 system, I don't live in USA, i cannot buy anything from the store (Maps, Plug-in...) because my MasterCard not issued in USA, that mean my billing address not an American address and the country on the billing procedure through PS3 store is fixed to USA. Is there anything I can do? if anyone know a trusted site where i can get a virtual prepaid MasterCard or Visa card with an American billing address does not require SSN (coz am not an American).
